Dance of Surrender

In my dream last night,

I was trying out

for a dance performance

(It was the first time, ever)

I had help

from the other dancers - 

they were all very supportive

In the audition

I fell into

a backbend,

sobbing,

slowly

lowering

myself

to the floor.

Later, people in the room told me

the dance I had done "contained the whole Cosmos"

I got the part.

Now awake,

I am weeping,

feeling all of the stars

alive

in my body.
