Ill or Fair?

The wind won't be ignored

Whistling and bellowing,

Shuddering the windows

Its persistence makes me uneasy

Suggesting to my soul something forbidden

Encouraging a silenced voice

An impulse that,

Like the ravens,

Wants to dance in the wind

I always wanted to be a singer

I hear you, fellow raven lover!

I hear you, fellow raven lover!

This poem excites me - the refusal of the wind to be ignored/ the uneasiness/the forbidden/the long silenced voice emerging/the impulse/the dancing ravens. Yes, dance, dance, dance!!!
