Dear United States Postal Service, 


I believe that it it only right that before I continue sending letters all over the place, that I sincerely thank you for serving us so very well for so long. Truly, you are a testament for a well run business. With all the new competition (not the least of which is email) you have held your own, creating jobs in every community and connecting multiple cultures in multiple languages.You are something!  I could go on and on. The truth is, I have taken you for granted.  I apologize and I thank you very much.

I am moved by your whole series of thank you letters, Jan. I deeply believe you could be on the crest of a wave that many would like to surf. Imagine if people all over the globe started expressing their gratitude . . . and in the process exercising their own creativity--Brava!
