Dear Sequoias Thank You Letter #6

DEAR BEAUTIFUL SEQUOIAS,  

Thank you for standing strong for all of us for so long. You stand tall and upright when we cannot. You take my breath, then give it back. You inspire me.  It has been 4 years since we last saw each other.  I can smell your perfume right now.  

I also want to thank the Rauch family who offered stewardship for your extended family for decades. Just recently,  the Rauch family gave their property to a national conservation organization for future protection.  

 I want to let you know that a forested area in Pt. Arena, California has been purchased by another very conscious group for a brilliant purpose  ( you have family in Pt. Arena don't  you? ) Well, there, and in Santa Cruz California,  forests are being purchased and designed for individual memorials.  It is a beautiful concept,  already realized and will continue growing across the country. It could not have come at a better time.   Just in case you want to share this new concept, it is called BetterPlaceForests.  It has a website so you can look it up.
